We strive to deliver your networking equipment quickly and safely. This policy covers our shipping coverage, delivery timelines, charges, and tracking information.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes across India.
  • Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take additional time or may not be available for certain pin codes.
  • International shipping is currently not available. For international enquiries, please contact us separately.
  • Shipping availability is verified at checkout based on your pin code.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to logistics, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are usually processed and dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Special or custom orders may require additional processing time (you will be notified in advance).
  • Business days are Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays).

Free shipping offers are subject to promotional availability and may be modified at any time.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and courier partner details.
  • You can track your order status via the My Orders page after logging in.
  • You can also track your order using the Order Tracking page with your order number.
  • If tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us for assistance.

6. Failed Delivery & Re-attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the courier will attempt up to 2 additional deliveries.
  • After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • For returned shipments, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
  • If re-delivery is not possible, a refund will be processed (minus original shipping charges).

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept it. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • If you discover damage after opening, report it within 48 hours with photographs of the damaged packaging and product.
  • For lost shipments (no tracking update for 7+ days), contact us and we will initiate a claim with the courier partner.
  • Replacement or refund for damaged/lost shipments will be processed within 5-7 business days of claim resolution.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon delivery of the shipment to the courier/shipping carrier. While we take every care to ensure safe packaging and delivery, we are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier after handover.
