Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations work at NetworkingWala.in.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and documentation intact.
  • Products damaged during transit/shipping are eligible for immediate replacement or refund — please report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • The original invoice or order confirmation is required for processing returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Software licences, subscriptions, and digital products
  • Products with broken security seals or tampered packaging
  • Items that have been installed, configured, or used
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications
  • Products purchased on clearance, final sale, or as part of bundle deals
  • Custom-configured or special-order products made to your specifications
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a return request — Email us at connect@networkingwala.in with your order number, product details, and reason for return. You may also use the Contact form.
  2. Wait for approval — Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with approval or clarification.
  3. Ship the product — Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  4. Inspection — Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it for condition and completeness.
  5. Refund or replacement — After successful inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be transferred via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your provided bank account details.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective item, or shipping damage).
  • If the returned product fails inspection (damage, missing parts, used condition), the refund may be partially or fully denied, and the product will be shipped back to you.
  • Coupon discounts applied to the original order will be deducted proportionally from the refund amount.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Replacement requests follow the same process as returns (see Section 3 above).
  • Replacements are subject to product availability. If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be provided instead.
  • The defective/wrong product must be returned before or simultaneously with the replacement shipment.

7. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): Products that are non-functional upon delivery will be replaced immediately with free return shipping.
  • Manufacturer defects within warranty: Covered by manufacturer warranty, not by this return policy. Contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us for assistance.
  • Bulk/Enterprise orders: Returns for bulk orders may have separate terms as agreed in the purchase order.
